PICK-UP DONATIONS
Pick-up is available within San Francisco for free. For pick-ups outside of San Francisco, we do charge a pick-up fee depending on distance. In order to schedule a pick up, you must have at least 6 banker's boxes. You can schedule a pick up by filling out our Donation Pick-Up Form. Our driver will reach out to you.
Pick-Up Form:
We have a very small staff to process a very large volume of donations. We greatly appreciate that you review our guidelines prior to dropping off donations.
All donations are subject to the discretion of our onsite staff.
Even if you received approval for a donation via email, our onsite intake staff has the right to reject the donation (e.g unusable condition, messiness, etc)
No drop and runs!
Always check-in your donation with our onsite intake staff. Please be patient if they are not available right away. Do not leave your donation without checking in. Any "drop and run" donations will be immediately tossed in our dumpster.
Keep it nice and neat!
Donations should be organized with similar items grouped together. Messy donations will be rejected.
