The materials in our Depot are donated by individuals, businesses, and institutions across the Bay Area. You’re not just shopping—you’re helping to keep materials out of landfills and put them into the hands of makers, educators, and students.

The SCRAP Depot is the heart of our creative reuse work. More than a store, the Depot is a beloved community space where people come to shop low-cost, zero-waste materials, learn and experiment through hands-on workshops and connect with fellow artists, educators, and makers.

Donated materials are organized in our aisles by type—art &craft, fabric, office, paper, scrapbooking, notions, yarn, wood, glass, plastic, frames and more—making it easy to browse and stumble upon the unexpected, and find inspiration.

SPECIALTY POP-UPs

Once or twice a month, we roll out a fresh collection of curated treasures in our Workshop space with the Depot. These limited-time pop-ups feature themed or category-specific items—think vintage, art, jewelry findings, fabric bundles, holiday decor, and more.

Discover speciality paper from Arches, Reeves, Fabriano & more, alongside vintage lead and wood type, printer's trays, mounting and mat board, prints and more.
